Beijing is a city of wide boulevards designed for grandeur, which incidentally works well for strollers. The modern metro system is extensive and mostly accessible. The Forbidden City is flat but enormous and crowded. The Great Wall is obviously not stroller-friendly, but modern attractions like the Olympic Park are excellent. Hutong alleys are narrow but flat. Air quality is a concern - check daily. Chinese people are wonderful with children and will shower your baby with attention.
