Seoul is one of Asia's most stroller-friendly cities. The metro system is world-class with elevators at every station, platform screen doors for safety, and clear signage. Department stores and malls have excellent baby rooms. The city does have hills - it's surrounded by mountains and some neighborhoods (especially near palaces) have steep terrain. Korean culture is increasingly family-friendly with dedicated kids' cafés and family zones everywhere. Street food markets are tight but amazing.
