TRAX light rail is modern and accessible. However, the city sits at 4,300 feet with mountains immediately to the east, so slopes can be significant. Winter brings snow and ice. The grid system makes navigation easy. Liberty Park and Tracy Aviary are excellent for families. Gateway to incredible national parks nearby.
